These rules apply to bookings made through the app, WhatsApp, phone, SMS, social media or company staff.
Cancel as early as possible. A charge may apply after driver assignment, dispatch or arrival. No-show and late cancellation may be charged partially or in full according to the confirmed booking.
Eligible refunds return to the original payment method after verification. Completed rides are not refundable unless an approved investigation confirms a billing or service error.
Free waiting depends on the vehicle, service and confirmation. After the free period, per-minute waiting, airport and parking charges may apply.
Airport, scheduled, VIP, corporate, intercity or high-value bookings may require partial or full payment before driver dispatch.
By booking, the customer permits service calls, SMS, WhatsApp and official social-media messages. A current or live location may be requested to identify pickup.
Customer, booking, GPS, payment, invoice and support data are used only for service, safety, finance and legal obligations. Access is controlled by role and protected corrections are audited.
